How to report fraud

Charges were made to my Apple Card during the Night while I was sleeping. There does not seem to be a 24 hour phone number to call for fraud. I can find no way to report these fraudulent charges. This seems incompetent almost scary that I have no way to get a hold of Apple so that these charges do not get mailed out to whomever illegally used my card I am beside myself that this card gets away with this.
