Mirror your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Connect your iOS device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.
Open Control Center: ...
Tap Screen Mirroring.
Select your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV from the list.

Hello,

The only way to mirror your iOS device to your TV is if the TV has that functionality built in. Please consult your TV's manual for more info.

Alternatively, you can mirror your device's screen to an Apple TV, however this device would have to be purchased seperatley.

My Iphone now recognises my Sony TV but after a few minutes gives up trying to connect to it.
