iPhone Virus? help please.

I have an iPhone X and the past couple of days its been acting really weird. First I got the full storage pop up and when I went into the settings to check my storage it showed that "other" was taking up about 14 GBs out of my 64 GBs and I tried deleting photos but every time I delete a photo it comes back and now most of my apps show they need an update and the ones that don't crash every time I open them. Also all of my music in Apple Music has been undownloaded. My phone freezes and acts really slow sometimes ALSO NOW THE "OTHER" IS TAKING UP 40 OUT OF MY 64 GBS.
