Yes some 3rd party apps might not work as expected without this permission, it is up to you if you want to give the app permission.
My advice would be to deny the permission and see if the app still works ok without it, if it doesn't you can give it the permission later in the security settings of your mac.

What is "Accessibility - Input Monitoring Access"
Basic question: do I want to allow all apps to receive keystrokes?
Will some third-party apps not work without this permission?
It' is Apple's new policy chasing away third party developers from using "Accessibility - Input Monitoring Access" which is required for 'some' third party softwares.
