Unknown error (8364) when trying to download from iCloud

Anyone else experiencing an Unknown error (8364) in Music "iTunes" app when trying to download previously uploaded songs using Apples iTunes Match? I'm also having problems playing the songs from cloud via Music. It's odd cos I can download the songs and play them on my phone no problem.


I've tried removing all the cash and cookie files but it still not working. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Thank you so much for replying to my posts. I’m currently running the most up to date version of OS X and Apple Music see screen shots below.


I’m also experiencing similar issues on my iPhone too. I’m also run the most updated IOS etc. on there.


I’m worried I’m going to loose my music collection I’ve built over years.
