My free downloaded apps aren’t accessible after I download them

After i download any app from the App Store under my Apple ID I can’t find the app on device and app still says “get” after downloaded beep noise

can't delete apps So for some reason I can’t delete any app..? So essentially I when I press the minus button it only gives me the option to remove from Home Screen, and then I can’t delete it. I checked in the App Library to see if it would help, but nope. I’m confused and it’s taking up storage.

App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - If you can't connect

Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

See if there are any folders it could have been placed in. Still saying "Get" is not good sign though.

I can't say what all folders are possible. Over the years, I have had a variety of them. Right now I have one called "Folder" that holds a number of miscellaneous items. You'd just have to look around for possible folders.
