I can't update applications
Keynote cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID. I just bought MacBook Air I did not have another Apple ID. Please advise what should I do. Thank you!

First, make a TimeMachine backup and then, try this: open launchpad, click on the Keynote app and hold it until it begins to wiggle. You'll see a little x on the icon now. Click on the x to delete the app. Go to the App Store, make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID and download Keynote again
