apple gift card
purchased a apple gift card, when i went to redeem it, it said it was not activated. i have my store receipt.
do i go back to the store or what?

Hi. Here are some steps you can try if you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card.
But, since you got the "Card is not activated" message, you're right -- going back to the store where you purchased it is the best option. The retailer who sold you the card may not have activated it.
