Change Using your iPhone:

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: About
4. Tap: Name
5. Type: [a name]
6. Tap: Done

Change Using your Computer:

Change the Name of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Using your Computer - Apple Support

Note: It might take a bit for it to show as having the new name in iCloud. But, it will show. It is not instantaneous to changing the name.
