MacBook Pro tries to connect to Bluetooth

When I turn on my Mac book pro it tries to connect to a Bluetooth mouse and I keyboard. I don’t have either one, so I cannot proceed because my Mac pro mouse won’t work. What can I do? Thank You, Papa Rap

Hey there, Paparap!

Let's see if we can help your MacBook Pro get past this start up screen.

You mentioned your didn't have a Bluetooth mouse or keyboard, do you happen to have a USB mouse that you can connect temporarily to see if you can get past this screen?

If not, then let's have you reset the NVRAM to see if that helps.

If the issue persists beyond that, we suggest checking into some possible service options.

Have a good rest of your day!
