google ads, AdChoices - How to get rid of them

Anyone know how to get rid of AdChoices GoogleAd on Mac Book Pro. I have gone through and have done everything that is on the support.apple page, including updating software, safari preferences re pop ups, extension, etc., installed ad blockers, and, finally, gone over all this with Apple Support Rep - all without any result. My Google account allows me to change how I see Google Ads, but not to turn them off. The net result - add infested web pages. Some allow to use the reader mode, and that helps, but not all.

Anybody know if these ads can be shut down?
