How can I open a PDF from a bank sent to my mail app on my iPad

Just tap on the attachment in the email and it should open. Pdf files need no other app in order to open in the mail app. You can save it to another app if you have one that is compatible with pdf files.

Have you tried going into the App Store and downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF? It’s a free app. I use it all the time.
