Apple id

keep getting emails to say Apple ID has been changed so I reset password and the day after it’s been changed again

Are you sure about what the emails say? It's not true, right? that your Apple ID was changed. Did the emails have you change your password? If so, then something is afoot. Try this; if you can, Check your Apple ID device list (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064and remove any device that shouldn't be signed in using the steps in the link.

 

If there are none that shouldn’t be signed in, then you should not have a problem at this point. But, if an unauthorized device was signed in, Change your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201355 to a strong one (See Security and your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201303).
