I have had my Apple Watch 5 less than a year. I have had no issues or complaints up to this point. It seems that after this recent update both mine and my husband’s series 4 keeps rebooting. What is going on?

After the latest update to Watch5 it keeps shutting down to restart/reboot....3-4 times a day last week and it's making me crazy!!! Also eating the battery!
Thought I hd it worked out to only do updates manually and that worked for a few days but it's doing it again at the most inopportune moments.
Did a restart on both the iPhone7 and the Watch5 but it's still occurring
