Iphone 7 update error 14?

Iphone 7 said storage was full so I tried deleting photos and it wouldn't, then I tried syncing it with my MacBook to empty storage (128gb). My iPhone immediately quit working and so I turned it off and back on, for it not to ever come back on but only in recovery mode. I have attempted to update it several times and it gives me an error code of 14. What can I do?
