Phone turning on

I have an iPhone 6s that won’t boot up. The screen turns on and it charges as normal but once it’s time to turn on a load it remains stuck on the white screen with the black apple logo. It doesn’t do anything past that. I’ve tried putting it into recovery mode but it would not even go into recovery mode. I don’t know what else to do and I was wondering if anyone can offer some tips ?
