Has anyone else received unsolicited text messages like these? It had a link to click and stated the following, "$750 Cash-App-Transfer is pending your confirmation, wdzmsc.com/(my phone number) nxnrxqr." Needless to say, I didn't click the link, blocked the contact and reported it to Apple Support. I figure this is a scam.

Neither Apple nor anyone else can do anything about it. There are an infinite (literally) number of possible email addresses that they can be sent from, and an infinite number of web addresses that can be used as targets. It’s up to users to recognize scams and not respond to them.
If it came from an email address there is no place to report it, and I’m sure that email address has already been changed. Just delete the message. You can try reporting it to AT&T if it came from a phone number; just forward it to 7726 (SPAM).
Thank you Stephen for your input. I too, today, had a dollar amount that was going to expire.
How do we protect ourselves...., more importantly how do we protect the young and elderly that may think they need to respond? Any mechanisms to block these emails? What to do? I have an aging mother, (with dementia), and a young grandson to protect.

I got the same text messages too. I didn’t click on it. It’s weird everybody got the same text message on the same day. More Then likely it’s a scam.
Yes, this is some promo scam. I decided to click link from a different Brower and it asks you to claim reward. With $750 and a 16digit cash app card. I clicked no I don't want reward
