Order processing

I ordered an Ipad on 14th of August the ipad pro 2020 12.9" and it is telling me it will be delivered by 23rd september which is over a month and it is currently stuck on processing but the money is still in my account. Is there any way to expedite the process? and when will my account be charged

It sounds like you have some concerns about your new iPad Pro order. We'll do our best to get you steered in the right direction for some answers to this. There may be no way to speed up or expedite the order process. We thought it would be helpful to share the following on Viewing & Changing Orders under section, "Check Order Status" it talks about 'Processing'.

Due to COVID-19 and the large number of people working and schooling remotely, there is extreme demand for most mobile devices in this class. You cannot expedite the process as there are many other people who need a device just like you do. They fulfill the orders as quickly as possible. Right now, due to COVID, most devices are seeing back orders in excess of 2 weeks (many chromebooks are backordered until mid December). The iPad Pro is seeing additional constraints due to being a business device, school device, and sharing the same hardware with the Apple Silicon macOS development units. I order hundreds of devices. My iPads have been taking 4-5 weeks to arrive. You should see the account charged when the device ships.
