Glass back repair for iphone 8 plus

I read somewhere that if you take in your phone to the apple store for a repair the first time you get your glass back repaired its around $90-100 dollars but i was looking and i saw that it said that price for if you had apple+ care i think is what its called does that price still hold if you dont have apple+ care and of not what is the price?
