I tried about everything n everywhere and can not figure it out!!!

How can I place more storage on my IPhone 7 Plus???

Update it to iOS 13.6.1, then follow these steps:--> Clear Other storage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

I done everything!! INDON MOT WANT TO DELETE MOTE PICTURES AND FILES. I literally almos empty my phone
