Won’t let me change my payment method

I got a note from the iCloud team to say my payment method needs to be updated yet when I go onto that part in settings there’s no way to edit my payment information, I just need to update my credit card number

iPhone 8, iOS 13

There should be the link at the top right of your screen. You have to follow the indicated path...

Thank you, I did go there my issue is the Edit button on top right is greyed out, and I can't click on visa, there is no arrow to the right or anything. Is there a number to call for Apple support?
