How can I create my Apple ID because in this phone someone create to many IDs .please guide me I purchased this phone but I can’t my own ID
How can I create Apple ID. Because I buy this phone and haven’t any apple ID

If the phone you have has reached the maximum number of iCloud sign ups. You can make a iCloud account on another iOS, iPad OS or Mac OS device.
