Apple Watch series 5 counting down every 6 hours
This just started this week. At 10am, 4pm, 10pm and 4am my watch very quietly dings out 6 dings. There is no change or notification on the watch face. Very strange. Any ideas what is going on?

Sounds like you might have Taptic Time or something similar turned on. On your iPhone open the Watch app, go to Clock, and see if Taptic Time is turned on. Or see if Chimes is turned on. It's probably one of those two.
Connor, thank you for responding to my weird problem. It just started a couple days ago. I did what you suggested, Taptic Time is OFF, as well as Chimes is OFF. Any other ideas will be appreciated. Thank you
Settings > Accessibility > Chimes would be the usual suspect, but that’s birds or bells and hourly at most, not every six hours. At 04:00, 10:00, 16:00 and 22:00, you’re looking for a calendar alert (with a chime sound), or for some other add-on app for the source of the chiming.
Thank you all for your responses. I also called Apple and spoke extensively to a representative. We resolved nothing. Here is the latest........I must preface......I am of sound mind and body. Prior to 4 PM I powered off the watch and my iPhone. At 4:02 PM my watch started chiming out about 6 to 10 chimes, very quietly. Something is really weird about this. Any help is appreciated.
Unload the add-on apps on the Watch.
