How can I refund a purchase happened accidentally?

I know and thank you for volunteering but I mean they say no for any reason I write so how is that supposed to help me? and then I asked here because I thought that someone is having the same issue I have thinking that maybe helps :(
It doesn’t work with me they always say
that my purchase doesn’t meet the conditions for a refund ?
then there is nothing you can do - Sales and Refunds
We are volunteers. If Apple says no they say no. We have no influence with them to change their mind.
