iPad doesn't see AirPods Pro

I have too many apple products. Too many, since the more products, the more problems.

I have AirPods Pro paired with my phone, so I can connect with them on my MacBooks, iMac etc. But iPad don't see them. Funny thing is, that iPad still remembers my old AirPods, that I don't have and removed from iCloud account half a year ago.

Is there any way of poking iPad to refresh the data or should I buy a new one?

If I turn bluetooth off then I won't be able to use iMac, since its keyboard and touchpad are on blueooth...

But I went far away with iPad and AirPods Pro - no change. iPad still wants to connect to non-existing AirPods.

Should I spend 5 hours wiping it, restoring all apps and then maybe it will work, or is there any apple magic, that can help?

Sorry for my tone, but the more I use those products the more ****** they are. Great marketing though.
