Where do i update my credit card used for iCloud storage

I got an email yesterday verified that it was from an apple.com domain saying I needed to update my credit card that auto-charges the $0.99/month. I do have a new credit card so I'm confident it's legit and I already updated my Wallet for Apple Pay but I'll be **** if I can find out where to change the card for that $0.99/mo charge.
