Screen unresponsive

Whenever I try to use the control panel function of choosing audio output (highlighted on the image) my phone screen becomes unresponsive.

If I try to turn the device off, I can see the sliding "off" button behind the control panel, shaded, but the control panel never leaves the screen nor can be interacted with.

Same thing happens with my iPad. Both on latest iOs (13.6.1) but this has been happening for a long while now (>6months for sure).

Is this a common issue, and is there a fix?

Hello b0na,

It sounds like your devices are becoming unresponsive while trying to change the audio output. We'll be glad to help out.
