Cannot hear whispering on Apple TV

We have an Apple TV 4K HDR 64GB. We cannot hear whispering while watching the Good Fight. How do I adjust setting to be able to hear?

Set Reduce Loud Sounds to bring soft and loud volumes closer together. Possibly that will help with your whispers.
