Face ID not working iPhone X.

I have an iPhone X and my face ID no longer works. The phone says unable to activate face ID on this phone. I’ve tried to reset it and it still will not work. Anybody know a solution for this?

Are you using iOS 13.6.1 version software?

Unfortunately no the article is of no help. I’ve tried all of those things and none of them work
