iPhone 7 Plus speaker buzzes when the volume is very high

My iphone 7plus speaker is buzzing when the volume is very high and my receiver speaker is too low sometimes i can’t hear someone talking to me when I receive a call even if it is in a high volume. Does it need to replace a new speaker for both?
