Concerns over Apple Authorized Resellers

Hi everyone! I live in a small town that has a big name furniture store that about 20 miles away from me. This place is an authorized Apple reseller but my only concern is that whether or not these Apple products new or if they have been refurbished and sold to this store. The whole warranty thing does not bother me, just whether if the product is new or not.
