adobe dng profile editor

mac won't open...doesn't recognize the developer and can't check for malware


iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

All you need to do is open your Applications folder, Control-click on Adobe DNG Profile Editor

from the submenu that opens click Open. You will then see another dialogue box which gives you

the option to 'Open', click on that and the app will open.

You only need to do this once, any other time you open this app it will open normally.


The version that I have and the version that is available on the Adobe download pages (1.0.0.47)

seems to be from 2012, so how nicely it will play with Catalina could be an issue.
