Trying do restore iphone 5, I know passcode and Appled ID. Do not know Icloud password.
iphone is locked. need to reset icloud PW. Trying to restore iphone(5)
The Apple ID e-mail and password should be the same as the iCloud e-mail and password.

Yes, thankyou. I had to first unlock the phone then preceded to restore it
