Screen Time Password
I forgot my screen time password- on iPhone 7 plus- even though there is a ”Forgot password” option, when i type in the apple id the dialog box closes and i am back to the screen time pin dialog box.

If you are unable to reset Screen Time passcode from the this-> link then, you will need a computer. If you don't have one, borrow from a friend.
