Mail stuck in Outbox on Mac.

Spoke too soon. iCloud as outoing server keeps going out. I clicked the box to enable it and the outbox emptied slowly one at a time but before the last one it went off line again. I am not controlling this.

The article does not help with this.

Yep, saw that but network is online, all settings look good. I made zero changes to anything before this happened. Right now icloud is going on and offline intermittently. I'm testing sending emails from one account to another, sometimes it goes right away, other times it sits in outbox. Then I have to enable icloud again.

Seems to be working now. Perhaps it was a network issue. Thanks.

Figured it out! For some reason my outgoing mail server was turned off. Maybe during the software update.
