Was told I need a new ID but what about my purchased apps on my old account?

So I was having a lot of fraudulent charges on my account over the past few months that I've since taken care of and now have a new bank account, so all should be well. My Apple ID was disabled, that's fine, fixed that before, shouldn't be a problem. But apparently my ID no longer meets standards to enable again, I don't know what that means but it's whatever. Creating a new ID isn't a big deal, but what about apps and in-app purchases made on the previous account? I can't update apps I've downloaded/bought on the now disabled ID, how do I reconcile that? Because if these apps are now rendered unupdatedable/unusable I will be irked.

When you create/use a new Apple ID, you lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with prior existing Apple ID.

Have you contacted Apple ID Support to see if you can get the ID enabled again? If they won't enable the ID, try asking them if they can transfer your prior purchases to you new ID. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

Try this approach to solving your problem (per Eric Root originally). Sign out of the App and iTunes Stores; restart your device; and sign back in. Then check your apps needing updating to see if they are in your purchases history (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088). If they aren't, you can delete them, and purchase/download again under you current Apple ID if you want. If the apps are in your purchases history, contact Apple support.
