No wiggle on apps so cannot move them.

Updated to ios 13 on Ipad pro. Now apps won’t wiggle. Cannot move apps at all.

So, here's Apple's guidance regarding how to move and organize apps on iPad using iPad OS 13. (With a link at the end of it regarding how to delete apps.). I take it from your post that these steps are not working for you? Some folks noticed at the time of the last OS update that entering "wiggly mode" (a/k/a "jiggly mode") :-) could take a slightly longer touch, that if you keep you finger pressed on the app even after the contextual menu pops up then the wiggly mode will be activated, thereby allowing you to move the apps. See this article from a third party site regarding the phenomena.

So, maybe try be a slightly more firm tap; maybe that does the trick? If that doesn't work, post back exactly what you've tried and what happens.

Good luck!
