Hi . I am Fawaz, an Apple customer. I have a problem or complaint caused by the Apple agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who is responsible for that ?

IPhone has malfunctioned. According to the maintenance department, the device will be replaced with new. But after receiving the device, it became clear that it was not the same specifications, and the branch supervisor was informed of this, stating that the receipt of the device has been signed and that he is not responsible for that.
