Pro Max Face ID Issue

Hello support community,

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and having an issue with my face id. It always says I need to wait for my iPhone to warm up. It does not matter if I am outside in 90 degree weather or inside the house at 70 degrees. PLEASE HELP!

Are you on iOS 13.6 the newest update? DO NOT UPDATE YET IF YOU ARE NOT. I have seen multiple posts that say there have been Face ID problems with this update.
