Then you will have to reset the password. Depending on who your email provider is, will dictate the steps that you go through to reset a password.


I’m assuming that is why your email isn’t working. I just set up an iPad Pro for my sister-in-law by using Quick Start. Her email password was missing in the outgoing mail server setting. She couldn’t remember her password, so we had to reset it in order to get it to work.
