I have a mac book pro early 2011 if I update the OS to Sierra will my Word program or any other programs become non-operational? ( Currently running El Capitan). Word for Mac 2011version14.7.7 I know this is very old I am waiting on apples new line up next year (2021) and need to use the 2011 pro until then which I need to have going in Sierra to use the new printer.
