Just do a hard or factory reset.

That will return it to default settings.. you don't need the password but just for info it is public

To hard reset hold in reset button for about 10sec.. until the front LED flashes rapidly.

The Time Capsule has up to 3 different passwords.......

Base Station or device password

Wireless Network password

Disk Password

If you could tell us what you are trying to do......or can't do.....that might provide a few more clues about which password you need and whether it might be possible to retrieve it or whether you will need to start over to reset the Time Capsule and enter new passwords.

Would also be very helpful if you could let us know whether you will be using a Mac or an iPhone / iPad.

If.....you can open AirPort Utility and see the settings for the Time Capsule, you can usually find the passwords there under the Base Station menu at the very top of the screen......up where you see theater menus like File, Window, Help, etc.
