FYI, there is no manager here, we are all other users here.
If you are past the 14 day return period, then the warranty will be valid, so start a support ticket and send or take it in for service.
I have issue with my new laptop I called the customer service couple of time and still I have the same problem I explain dot them that this laptop need to be replace even f I passed the return day it is nit my problem if the laptop will keep frozen and it is just new
