You can use the Contact Support link in the upper right of your screen so that Apple can troubleshoot 'Other' storage issues on your device.
OR you can do the following:

other storag has already been cleared. further the other category is consuming more than half of the total storage
your response makes no sense..
if 'other storag has already been cleared'... then how it is 'consuming more than half of the total storage'
sorry what i meant was other storage is consuming 18 GB of my 32 GB phone. how do i clear it or where do i go to clear it
