Is it safe to not use the charging adapter and wire for iphone 11 and instead use a multi usb charging station with just the wire? Does it affect the battery in the long run?

As a rule, any power source connected by an Apple-approved USB cable will successfully and reliably charge your phone. Depending upon your power source, though, it may not be capable of charging your phone quickly enough to satisfy you.
