Hey! Recently my dad from the US just bought me an Apple TV 4K, but I live in Panama 🇵🇦. Will I have any problems using it by any chance? I’m resetting the Apple TV with updates right now but it doesn’t show any progress while loading? Please help!

If the Apple TV was previously used by someone else, then it is recommended to reset to factory settings, and start over with the setup. Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
The hardware itself is not bound to a country or region; even the power plugs are the same for the US and Panama.
You will need a good internet connection to contact the update servers and use the streaming services (25 Mbps for 4K HDR content).
US content providers may not service outside the US, regardless of a US account.
