I converted a Logitech Circle 2 to HomeKit Secure Video, and sometimes it doesn’t record audio despite being configured to do so.
It’s incredibly frustrating because the recordings are sometimes useless without audio.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Have you found a solution?
Sorry that wasn't clear! The recent software updates to my hub, an Apple TV 4K, have not fixed the issue with the Logitech Circle 2. Each software update required a restart to install, to the best of my knowledge.
Did you try Logitech's support to see what they had to offer on the matter?
Have you tried restarting or reseting the hub?
Do you mean, have I restarted my Apple TV? There have been multiple software updates to the Apple TV, and they haven’t fixed the problem.
Who is "they haven't fixed the problem"?
