Apple Turkey and its authorized dealers refuse to provide battery replacement service for iphones that are not purchased in Turkey. So if you are traveling to Turkey and need service to your iphone it is not possible. Is this acceptable? !!

No the battery is old. I would pay for the replacement, but they refuse to service iphones purchases in countries other than Turkey.
