Apple ID

For some reason, my iPhone stops functioning properly and it needs me to sign back in. I forget my password and then reset it. But the account on my phone refuses the password. It’s not like it’s wrong or something, because I signed into my Apple account through the website, no problem there. I also signed into my Apple account on the website with my other phone, also no problem. So why is it that it doesn’t work when I’m trying to sign in on my phone and it doesn’t work?

Its not that the password is wrong or the connection is bad, it’s not just working.

What do I do?! Help me.

Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
