I don’t know what to do. I bought more storage but it says storage full and it shows me that I have a lot of storage left but it won’t let me download apps or take pictures.So what do I do?
You don't have more storage on your phone if you buy more iCloud storage.
iCloud storage is not the same as storage on your iPhone.

You bought iCloud Storage, but it sounds like the problem is on your iPhone Storage.
Check it in Settings>General>Iphone Storage. Since there's no way to upgrade your iPhone local capacity, you'll need to make some room deleting some stuff there.
